Join our team to bring therapy to life! You’ll use play, creativity, and relationship-based strategies like DIR Floortime® to help children build skills, confidence, and independence—while partnering with families to celebrate each child’s unique strengths.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Licensed OT with experience supporting kids in play-based, neurodiverse settings

  • Experience or interest in DIR Floortime®, sensory integration, and individualized therapy

  • Creative, flexible, and collaborative with families

  • Passionate about strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming care

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized, play-based therapy to support motor, sensory, self-care, and social-emotional skills

  • Use DIR Floortime® and other relationship-focused approaches to engage and motivate children

  • Assess strengths and challenges, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans

  • Collaborate closely with families to provide guidance, strategies, and progress updates

  • Document sessions, track outcomes, and adjust therapy as needed

  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and contribute to a supportive clinic culture
